From the taro patch to the table, Hanalei Poi (16 oz.) makes a great addition to a lu’au or any other Hawaiian style banquet. Hanalei Poi also goes great with dried, raw, or cooked fish.

It is REQUIRED that if you wish to order this item that you select the EXPRESS MAIL shipping option . To ensure freshness, we are packing blue ice or packaged ice packs with the containers of poi. We will use a ratio of 3 poi containers to 1 ice pack. The poi is shipped frozen with frozen gel pack(s). Poi will arrive chilled. Please keep refrigerated until consumed. Poi should be consumed within three (3) days. Immediate re-freezing is permitted but not recommended as refreezing may alter taste.

Preparation Instructions: Hanalei Poi is a chilled product not intended for souring. The poi will keep fresh only if stored under refridgeration. Since our poi has been pre-frozen for shipping purposes add 1/4 cup of water and microwave for 2 1/2 minutes or longer for desired temperature, mix to desired consistency. More water may be added if texture / thickness is not at the desired amount.

Avaiability For Shipping: All orders for this item that are submitted on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped out the following Thursday (on a weekly basis) because of a limited supply and shipment arrival times.
